FACTS: Ms.Hundley informed Ms.Morin that the Garniers terminated the Purchase Contract[Cindy Cooper’s email] Ms.Morin contacted Mr.Hunter who advised Morin to [morin’s memo] try and push through the closing document. Ms.Hundley did not have financing approval and did not have the money to pay for the Garniers property at this time.

25 Q And you said that getting the documents so early

26 or so much before the actual closing is unusual;

27 you said that?

28 A It’s unusual. You know, conveyancers usually

29 don’t deliver documents until a week or so before

30 closing, and that’s — that’s in good times.

31 Q Okay. Did you ever find out why it was sent to

32 you so early?

33 A No.

[BCSC at para 107] Judge Greyell fabricated evidence to discredit the Garniers.

FACTS: The Garniers property was listed on the MLS three time over the course of six years, judge Greyell’s star witness Mr.Hunter even testified to this fact.

7 Q And is that something you have access to?

8 A Yes, I do, as a realtor.

10 236 say about the listing?

11 A Well, that was since, in fact, 1999, we’ve been in

12 a or had at that point being in an expanding

13 seller’s market.

[BCSC at para 119] Judge Greyell altered the evidence. Judge Greyell twisted the evidence to suppprt his decision, he stated parts of the actual testimony under paragraph 90 of his decision and then altered it in paragraph 119. J.Greyell did this throughout his decision.

FACTS: Mr.Coombe never gave evidence that he advised Ms.Morin that the Garniers wished to rent until June 30, this was fabricared by Judge Greyell. Mr.Coomb sent a Fax to Mr.Hunter(NOT to Ms.Morin) in response to Mr.Hunter’s letter to the Garniers(dated April 14, 2007) about the rental.
