26 A Yes.

27 Q Okay. And so actually, the Garniers didn’t sign

28 that on the 12th, though, correct?

29 A They — They didn’t sign until the 13th.

Our COUNTER OFFER: On February 13 evening Mr.Hunter presented us with an OFFER(in the form of a Purchase and Sale Contract) from Ms.Hundley, we did not accept her OFFER and COUNTER OFFERED the same day.
