5 A Because this is the copy that I — or that — yes,

6 that I retrieved from Mrs. Hundley during the

7 course of the trial

8 Q And that’s something you notice as one of the

9 differences?

10 A Yes.

17 appears to be. On your it’s probably actually

18 yellow highlights. But —

19 A That’s right.

20 Q — what are those for?

21 A The — When I ran the documentation off, I

22 highlighted those areas that had to be filled in

23 upon consultation with Mrs. Hundley, to remind

24 myself that those areas were blank and — and

25 needed attention.

31 Q Okay. Now, you say when you ran this off you

32 printed them off at your home computer?

33 A Yes, I did.

5 handwritten out of your printer?

7 Q Okay. Now, there’s — out of your printer it

8 comes typed, correct?

9 A That’s correct.

10 Q Is there anything that’s typed in here that was

11 added after you printed this off? Did anybody

12 else type anything on top of this?

13 A No.

46 few pages here, but you did the first five pages

47 from your printer at home?
