Our Story

On the long weekend before the start of Trial it was discovered that Mr.Hunter and Ms.Hundley’s Purchase Contract was not the same as the Garniers Purchase Contract.

Mr. Blanchard refused to comply with the Garniers lawyer’s requests as well as an order by the BC Supreme Court Chamber Judge to produce the original Purchase Contract.

Mr.Blanchard waited until the long weekend before the start of trial to allow us and our lawyer to attend his office to view the original Purchase Contract.

Mr.Blanchard made sure that Mr.Davison would not have any time before Trial to add to his pleadings the discovery of Mr.Hunter’s undisclosed different multiple original Purchase Contracts.

At his examination for discovery Mr.Hunter testified he gave the Garniers a copy of the Purchase Contract and that the Purchase Contract put before him was the true copy of the original Purchase Contract and that there were no changes made to it. After his secrets were found out he altered his testimony at Trial.

At Trial it became apparent that they were different multiple original Purchase Contracts. Mr. Blanchard and Mr. McKendrick advised the court that there was only one original Purchase Contract, then admitted there were two different Purchase Contracts and then another showed up during the middle of Trial.

At trial Todd Mckendrick and Gregory Blanchard did they best to object and stop any questions relating to the undisclosed multiple original Purchase Contracts. This FACT was also covered up by Judge Greyell.

Lucy Hundley testified she only signed one Purchase Contract and did not make the changes that was on her contract. Hundley’s trial transcript Vol. 1
